And Action!
I hope this fight won't draw on for several months... <.<
...the girl is supposed to hop out of the way like a ..umm rabbit or something.
I guess the Ghoul looks a bit comical in the lower two pages. Oh well. It's like that in Star Wars: Clone Wars too , isnt it?
I just kinda dislike the SCHWING.. next time I'll choose a different onomatopoeia.
BTW, those weapons are inspired by lightsabres, yes, but they work differently... they're .. ionizing air and keep it in a stable field (the blade) via electro-magnetism, then cause extremely high frequency waves that travel between tip and hilt with an intensity of about.. 194 Dezibel.
These shockwaves are contained within the field and travel up and down in there with sonic speed.
So it actually is like a chain-saw with the speed of sound ^^; |

Rockness!
I like how this is working out.
Its kinda funny that Nyarlothotep (or however) is a kinda almost silly seeming girl. |

Yeah, she's supposed to be the kind of villain that smiles cutely while saying: "I'm gonna skin you alive."
^^;
Did I mention she's supposed to have pink hair? |

She seems like the kind of person who would go to a rave just to call the cops, or to a movie just to talk, or to thanksgiving dinner just to bring her obnoxious boyfriend and complain about how much turkey sucks.
So... magic? The art of Schneider? |

Yeah.
Magic Users are split into several kinds with each one being able to do one "element" naturally. Only few can do more than one.
And the different kinds are called "Art of ..."
Schneider means "cutter"
Other kinds are for example Art of Brenner (Burner), Art of Frierer(Freezer), Art of Vergifter (Poisoner) etc...
As you can see, Schneider is rare... "cutting" is not even a real element.
At least that's how the kinds were called that in Westland, where Kamera-sama spent most of his time.
Those are the natural magic users that work by mind alone, theres also stuff with spells and rituals, necromancy and pacts with supernatural creatures... |

I knew what it meant, I just thought it was funny... to poison is vergiften? I know it's different, but that's like "here you go!" "Thanks! *die*"
sounds pretty cool though.
OH! We're getting the house wired for high-speed internets, so I should be back online within a week! YAY! |

That's cool!
I can't access the internet that frequently either, you know, only home at the weekends.
I'll see, Salzburg does have a few internet cafes... <.< ..except, they're frickin expensive.
New page this weekend! (I hope) |

You KNOW I know about the inernetcafes in Salzburg. The one at the HBH is the cheepest I could find; but there's apparently another one in the Neuestadt that's even cheeper. It's run by some turkish guys (aren't they all).
I did not, however, know you were in Salzburg. Have you been to the Wasserspiel? You should go, it's fun stuff... bring an umbrella to test your ninja skills. |

Just a bit of a note about the last comic.
Nigguroth refered to the girl as -kun
and the girl reffered to nigguroth as -chan
Now I dunno if this was intentional or not
but -kun is used when talking to guys
and -chan when speaking with females. |

I know nobody is going to read this because its WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too late but here the explanation:
I thought -kun and -san are gender neutral, while -chan is a cutesy suffix used only by girls for their (female) friends among each other or to tease someone.
In Niggurath's mind Nyarlothothep should call her "-san" so she calls her "-kun". Sempai-Kohai, you probably know that.
Sometimes Nyarlothothep does call her Nigg-san, but mostly she says -chan. Which kind of annoys the former. |
